HB 776 - This act prescribes procedures for the reestablishment of lost township corners including the use of double proportionate measurement between the nearest existent corner on opposite sides of the lost township corner in cases where lost corners are common to four townships. Lost township corners located on standard parallels and common to two townships shall utilize single proportionate measurement between the nearest existent corners on opposite sides of the lost township corner on a standard parallel.
